Raised in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains, Aaron always had the Bible in his ear, a book in his hand, and a story fluttering through his mind. He cut his teeth on The Pilgrim’s Progress, understanding from a young age the beauty and inspiration of narrative. He dabbled in writing throughout his adolescence, penned his first full length book at the age of 13, and had his first work Rebels of Grace published in 2006.
A life-long learner, Aaron has been shaped by the writings of C.S. Lewis, John Calvin, Arthur Conan Doyle, Simon Sinek, John Bunyan, Timothy Keller, and R.C. Sproul. From The Hardy Boys to The Institutes, Kingdom Come to The Great Divorce, he has read dozens of volumes across diverse genres while remaining most devoted to allegorical story-telling. Aaron resides in Clearwater, Florida, with his wife Danielle and his three children: Spurgeon, Evangeline, and Augustine.
